@Eliza Jamison If you did an upgrade a new one would be installed during the upgrade process. You should have backed up a copy of the old one. there are settings in the old one that you will need to add to the new one to get the service to run. A backup should have been created as part of the upgrade process and you should be able to find a copy of the server.xml file there.
