I have a best practices type of question.
We are currently using a trial of Confluence Questions. If I have information regarding a question, should I post that information in an actual answer or just use an answer to link to a Confluence page, which has the answer?
Well, if it can help to solve the problem, but isn't a real answer to it, I would post it as a comment (you can change it later to an answer)
If it is an answer and a lot effort to type, I would rather paste the link than to type the information by myself, But it always depends on the question itself.
If the question is very detailed, links aren't usually enough. Then you rearly should explain your answer detailed!
