Where to find the higher versions of Table of Content Plugin?

We are having the Table of Content Plugin v2.6.10. But as it is not compatible with Confluence 6.1.4, we came to know that higher versions of Table of Content Plugin are compatible (>2.6.10). can you please help us to find the higher version of that plugin.

See the marketplace listing.  It's very rare that a marketplace vendor will have a separate listing, as most of them sell through the marketplace.  If there are no updated versions, then it means the vendor has stopped selling the product.

I have seen the higher version of the same plugin, but not aware of the vendor.\

If you've seen a higher version, then either the vendor has stopped publishing on the marketplace, or it's another App by another vendor.  You should have a read of the pages that you found it on, as all we have is the marketplace entry.
