Where to find the "Guest tab" in Jira / Confluence Cloud?

Where do you find the "Guest tab" in Jira / Confluence Cloud?

From the Product access page, where you would add Groups to a Product it says:

• Be mindful to not grant product access for Guest user groups. Use the Guest tab to alter Guest access and groups.

Please can anyone advise where this is for Jira and/or Confluence cloud?

No Guest tab found in Global Permissions or elsewhere per tool.

Guests in Confluence is still an EAP feature, so you would only see the Guest option if you are enrolled in that program. You can learn more about it here.

Thanks for the speedy reply. 

Looks like we're too late to participate in the EAP of this feature.  Is there are ETA for general release to enterprise customers? I.e. do we need to look into a workaround in the meantime?

According to Atlassian's roadmap you should expect it to be released sometime in Q2 2022.

Thanks again.  And do you know if this is just Confluence?  Or Confluence and Jira? Or is there a different approach for external collaborators in Jira?

This is only for Confluence, I have not seen a similar request for Jira to have this feature.
