Where to find the service level agreement of Confluence

Dear all,

We are using Confluence for documenting workflows. For ISO/auditing purposes we now need to prove that the provider we use for storing our workflows (Atlassian) is "reasonably protected" (think, back-ups, geo-redundant, etc...).

There I am looking for service level agreements of Atlassian which state this. I can't seem to find this document somewhere, however... Can anybody tell me where I can find this?
