Don't get me wrong - The Confluence Support is very good and prompt to reply. I'm just wondering if it may be faster to get answers from the Community?
Also, does Confluence have a "Live Chat" with support option? (I have not seen this option, maybe I've not looked in the right place?) If so, where do I find it. If not, that would be a great feature to add to Confluence Support.
Cheers,
Sheila
Hi @Sheila Glass - It really depends upon the question. The community can be super quick with responses.
Hi @Sheila Glass , I'll be the third guy to say it :) depends on the type of question. The community is great with "How do I/Can I ... do this" type of questions, where as support is certainly the place to go for the "My thing is broken" type of questions.

Hi @Sheila Glass, I agree with Mark, it depends on the type of question. Some questions may also be more suitable for Atlassian support to answer.
I hope you're able to solve your problem.
Cheers,
Melo
