Which start or landing pages are possible in confluence?

Hello,

our current start / landing page, where I choose spaces, has the following URL:

...net/wiki/home
Can we setup a custom start page?

Our current idea is to have multiple images with buttons (links) which lead to specific spaces or pages.

Are there a gallery/examples of possibles start pages?

You can do that through defining site homepage.

Please add all your icons/link in your page at your convenience.

@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ I set up a landing page but it doesn't look good. For a landing page, I would not like to see the page title at the top left, I'd also want to remove the commenting and watch options etc, ie - I simply make it look like a landing page. Is there any way to do this?
