This message continues to show up after reboot, re-download installation file, stop confluence:

com.install4j.beans.actions.misc.RunExecutableAction failed

Log file can be provided as required.

Bernd,

  This could be several different things.  It is usually an issue with permissions or your Java directory not being setup correctly.

1. Ensure that the user doing the upgrade has permissions to the confluence install directories
2. Ensure that the user doing the upgrade has permissions to the Java directories and that the Java home directory is setup correctly.  Java_Home has to be identified for the Java application to run.
