While uploading files through insert link getting error

Hi All,

I want to upload the file as link but while uploading pdf file through insert link I am getting error "Could not upload the file to Confluence. The server may be unavailable."

getting same error after trying multiple times.

We have Confluence data center 8.5.7v

Anyone have any idea why is this happening?

@Shree Jantre it could be a one of many different issues.  If you are trying to upload a file larger than what the server allows that could be the issue.  You should check with your admin and see if that could be it.  

I would suggest also seeing if your server has a proxy.  It could also be causing an issue or a time out.  

I am assuming that you already tried clearing cache and using a different browser.
