Why I don't have the "Copy" in the menu items?

I don't have the Copy in the menu items and so I can't copy any project template. How can I solve this issue?

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

As far as I know we do not have copy template option yet. Below is the feature request for the same, you might want to vote and comment on it. You can copy the content and paste , this should work. 

• CONFCLOUD-7752 -Add ability to copy templates
