Why am I appearing offline on my whiteboard ?

1. I'm always shown as offline on all whiteboard pages, so I cant' work and updtae those pages

Whiteboards rely more heavily on real-time syncing, so issues with proxies, firewalls, or VPNs can cause this. Certain ad blockers, privacy extensions, or corporate security tools may specifically block the real-time connection for Whiteboards.

I recommend you try hard refresh, clear the cache, or try another browser (or Private mode).

If you have restricted permissions on the space or page, it might also block real-time access, so it is worth checking this, too.
