We've been an Atlassian Cloud customer for a while and I'm starting to lose my patience with the poor support for Safari for Comments in Confluence. Is there any possibility this will get fixed soon? I see issues filed in the Confluence Jira but I can't seem to create new tickets out there with my specific problem. Very frustrating.
We've already ditched HipChat because we didn't want to move to Slack. Do I need to look for alternatives to Confluence now?
Hi Steve,
Could you let us know what issues with comments in Safari are you noticing in particular? Please also confirm your Safari version.
Thank you!
Regards,
Shannon
Turns out it was 1Blocker was the problem. After I whitelisted our cloud domain things started to work. I was using Safari 12.0.1 and 1Blocker 1.4.3
