Up until this week when I inserted a JIRA link on a Confluence page it would display the link with information about the ticket (title, status, etc.). Also, it would automatically reference the confluence page on the jira ticket itself (mentioned on). This week I'm only getting a hyperlink and no automatic cross reference. Did something get updated?
When is the last time you cleared your cache? I would suggest doing that and seeing if that fixes the issue. If it does not try a different browser as it could be a browser app.
