You keep on hammering on AI and collaboration between teams and JIRA integration - I cant get Confluence to even remotely communicate/transfer information to teams as i could in the old Confluence. So many features are not there. And what is there is SO unstable and difficult to use. Why?
Hi @Clickety Clack welcome to the community. Are there specific features or issues that you are looking for? Have you found the functionality reported on Atlassian's Jira site ? If you do, and you haven't yet, I'd suggest voting for them, to increase the number of votes.
I don't know what level of Confluence you have, but if there is functionality that are hindering your work and you have a Standard or Premium License, please create tickets for those issues with Atlassian Support as I'm sure there are more users that can benefit as well.
Hope that helps.
@Clickety Clack - I second @Dan Breyen suggestion.
I'm active at the tech doc writers' Write the Docs Slack forum and often help writers to make transition from Server to Cloud.
Yes, they are frustrated but, just yesterday, a writer claimed they cannot left-justify images in Cloud. So from personal experience, more often than not it's a different way of doing things and achieving goals between the two systems. (this side of nesting macros...). For me, my processes got streamlined and way more effective than they were on Server.
Feel free to share your roadblocks and missing features here, chances are there are workarounds.
The very least you raise the awareness.

I was just working with someone yesterday regarding images, and there may be an issue with adding images and the justification of images, but with a little tweaking, I found you can left justify them on the image after tweaking the settings. So there may be issues, but it needs to be tested and submitted to Atlassian for review.

'My' conversation was more like
Q: "there is seriously no way to left-justify an image?" (new to Cloud)
A: "Yes the system lacks what HTML has provided for over two decades." (uses Server)
I think the person who asked the question either did not discover the image settings menu or they did but as the image was centered and as wide as the page, it could not be moved to either side as it occupied the whole width (which I find logical).
I entered the conversation with the video of how its done.
Of course, there might have been a temporary bug, but knowing the said writers history...
