We were receiving emails for new blog posts, but since Nov. 30, 2023, we are not. No settings have changed.
Any suggestions?
Every time I am sure no settings have changed, I'm surprised when I eventually find a changed setting :)
Assuming another Confluence Administrator didn't turn off email and push notifications, most email problems are between the cloud servers and your smtp server. Unfortunately, if you are not that administrator, you'll need to find and ask them if anything changed, if they blocked IP addresses or domains recently, or other network type change that is stopping the emails. Or if some anti-spam device has become greedy and is eating all the yummy blog emails.
