Why are our JIRA issue links in our Confluence planning doc not updating dynamically?

We add JIRA issue links to our sprint planning doc in Confluence Cloud and have found that the status (open, in progress, tested, etc.) of the issue is displayed but doesn't consistently dynamically update. We'd like to be able to review the doc and see current statuses for all the issues every time. Users of our space use either the Jira issue macro (ctrl + shift + j) or pasting to add these links to the doc. Any ideas?

Hi Rachel,

It seems like you could be running into this bug:

• CONFCLOUD-45106

The requirements are as follows:

• A list of issues, so more than 5.
• Refreshing the page does not update the status.

Can you confirm both of those points are true? Does it eventually update with time?
