Why are some people in confluence showing up as Anonymous when they have accounts

We don't allow anonymous acces to our confluence. All accounts are in Active Directory. Other accounts are showing fine. I can't figure out the differences between the one that are working correct and the ones that aren't.

We switched to direct Active Directory and this has stopped being an issue.
