I spent hours trying to resolve this.
I have two client agencies. Agency A and Agency B
Each agency has its own service desk, knowledge base (space) and a organisation group given permission to access the service desk and space.
The problem:
A user from Agency A, whilst in Sapce A, when they select the search icon (magiofying glass) it is bringing back results from the other Agency B space.
I have checked the permisisons in both spaces, and Agency A group has not been given permisisons to Agency B space. So why can they search for a page and then access that Space
