Why can't I access Analytics?

Hello Community,

I am trying to go into Confluence and under the settings options, I scroll down to the bottom to click on "Analytics". I am then greeted with an access denied page saying I should contact my Cloud Administrator.

I am a top level Site Administrator, so I am a little confused who I am supposed to be asking about this. The URL specifically that is blocked is listed below. 

Is this a paid for plugin or something else? Am I just missing something? Was this a weird glitch?

Hey Anthony,

Analytics at the URL you've noted are part of our Cloud Premium offering, which is currently in early access. We're still getting all the pieces in place for this - eventually I imagine that you'll see a more informative screen letting you know what Analytics provides you with and lets you know more about Cloud Premium.

You can take a look at the rest of the features for Cloud Premium and sign up for the early access program if you're interested.

This is actually a perfect answer for me. I suppose I was just  little bit a head of myself and the new features coming to cloud. I'll check that out and discuss it within my team/company.
