Why can't I change my server url? Is there a way to modify the site home page?

I am trying to modify the server url, I am an admin user, and I cannot edit the URL. The box is grayed out. 

I am trying to get a more friendly home page. Currently on the existing homepage I am unable to reorder the spaces and they display with their Space abbreviations. I want to be able to reorganize them and not have their abbreviations shown.

This is usually seen on Cloud systems where you can not change your base url (because if you did, it would no longer match the url your system is available on).  Are you on cloud?

Yes it is on cloud.

Ok.  The only way to change a Cloud url at the moment is to buy a new one, export from the old, and import on the new.
