Why can't I see the cogwheel icon in Confluence?

I can't see Space Tools or the Admin cog menu icon in my space. Any idea what can I do to see these?

I was trying to move/hide child pages following these directions but couldn't find "Browse" , "Space Tools", Admin cog menu icon

Hi Seema,

As long as you're admin of a space you should be able to see the Space Tools option in the sidebar. I see you sent the Cloud documentation, so can you confirm if you are indeed using the Cloud version of Confluence?

If so, can you confirm the details of your Cloud instance, as well as your username and the space you're trying to modify?
