Why changed only desktop version on mobile?

Hi. There.

 

I used Confluence 5.7.4. Just now I modified css for mobile. And I saw only desktop version style on mobile and desktop.

 

I want to change a font. But I can't. 

 

Help me. How to chage mobile version css? I did change a desktop version font.
