Why do I get email notifications for pages I don't follow.

I have unchecked all boxes under email notifications. I also stop watching all pages and still get a ton of emails for projects I'm not on.

This can be frustrating and sometimes difficult to diagnose. Is it possible you are @ mentioned on these pages? 

Under Email Settings on your profile are all of the items cleared?

Yes, I've cleared everything under my email settings and I also checked the pages to see if I was mentioned. That's the first thing I did actually and I'm not mentioned anywhere. That's why it's frustrating.
