Why do I have double Page Properties macro showing on page?

When I add the page properties macro to my page it shows just fine but for some reason I see the same page properties table underneath the comment section of the same page and I don't know why. Looking for help.

Hi JP,
Since it's showing below the comment section (outside of where the page content is shown), I believe you have some custom HTML/Javascript that is replicating the table.
- Go to
> General Configuration > Custom HTML. Do you see any custom code here that may be causing this?
- Is this happening for all pages, or just this one?
- Is this happening in other Confluence spaces as well?
- Is there any custom code in the page content? (e.g. an HTML macro that includes a script)
