Why does User Profile Macro count as a heading and shows up in my page content

I do not find any possibility to remove the heading format from the user profile macro.

Can somebody give me hint to get rid of this. Thanks

It works for me if you set a regexp in the TOC where you can exclude entries: (Lastname).*

@Daniel_Zschäbitz I'm trying to figure this out, too! I just discovered this was happening, and when I was inspecting this macro, it does tag it h4 by default and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it no matter how much you try to mess with the formatting in the heading sizes or clearing formatting. You created this question 4 years ago, so clearly this has been ongoing and not been resolved.
