Why does my latest article have an "in moderation" status?

Wondering why the latest article I published has an "in moderation" status?
Not sure why it's happened? We've posted these articles before?

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Can you specify what article?

Could be just an overly eager spam filter that auto marked it. The quarantined messages/articles get checked regularly and released manually in case this was done accidently.

i've seen it happen often due to lots of external links or some wording that gets too much like an ad.

Repeated posts of identical content can trigger the spam-filters too, and when code looks a lot like those random strings of words that spammers try to post to try to evade the filters.

I can't see anything in the spam bin though (nor the moderation area where we manually drop duplicates or items authors ask to be removed), so I suspect someone has de-spammed it.
