Why dont I have "Manage Dashboard" in my Confluence On Demand as I have in my Jira On Demand?

I find it strange that I cannot customize my Confluence Dashboard with some gadgets/macros as freely as I can in a Space. Themes, colours etc are not as important. My Jira instance offers me this opportunity to "manage dashboards" why not my Confluence? Am I missing something?

Manage Dashboard is unique to JIRA, and Confluence dashboard can be customized through layout, which is not available in OnDemand version due to its restricted function. And please bear in mind that, there's not much gadget available in Confluence like in JIRA, therefore I am afraid it would not be available.
