I am seeing what I hope is just a frustrating glitch. When my collaborators add an inline comment on my Confluence pages, I can no longer see any indication of what content it is they are commenting on. In the past, the text they were commenting on was highlighted. Now, when I view comments, I cannot see any indication of what each comment is attached to – the comment just floats on the page. How do I fix this?
Hi, I'm also having the same issue even when using incognito. I've checked it with a colleague and they're also experiencing the same issue.
Hello @alex.summersby
I teste this in both old/new UI and navigation and I couldn't replicate the issue.
I wonder if this could be caused by a browser add-on.

I tested in Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge and the issue occurs in all three. I have not installed or activated any new extensions or changed settings. However, following your suggestion, I've now tried anonymous/private/incognito mode and the problem does not recur. Not a solution but this at least gives me a workaround. Thank you!

The extension doesn't have to be new, sometimes an update to extension and/or Confluence breaks a UI element. It happened to me and you'll find many questions on this forum that deal with the same issue. I experience Ghostery blocking a UI element of an Confluence app - the issue appeared one day and disappeared a few days later...
Incognito mode turns off third party cookies so there is some interference happening.
