Why is roadmap planner so small when export to pdf in landscape

Hi, I'm using Confluence server 6.4.0 and am using the roadmap planner which is really nice, however I've changed the page layout to be landscape and when exporting to pdf the plan is only taking up about a third of the available space on the page. I really want this to be able to use a whole page.
