Why some plugins not showing up in Assess Apps (Cloud Migration Assistant)?

Sourav Mallick August 10, 2023

I have the following plugins (along with other plugins) installed in server.

1. ServiceRocket Utility Library

2. Confluence mobile plugin

3. Analytics for Confluence Plugin

4. Teams Calendar

5. Bob Swift Atlassian Apps - Table Library

While trying to assess apps using the Cloud Migration Assistant, the mentioned plugins are not showing up. Hence unable to find the following - "Appears On", "Viewed By", "Can be migrated" details for them.

Can anyone let me know the reason behind this?

Hi!

Please allow me to help you with one of those apps.

1. ServiceRocket Utility Library

This plugin is the library for some Servicerocket (now Appfire) apps. This library is used by Scaffolding, Reporting, and the classic connector app (and some other server/DC by Servicerocket).

It doesn't show in the migration assistant because this app is only for Server/DC, hence it cannot be migrated.

For the other apps, It might be that those apps do not have a Cloud app counterpart.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

Regards

Aaron
