Widget Connector cannot display content hosted on another site

I am trying to embed a Splunk training video, but it's we are only getting the gears.

I have added https://conf.splunk.com/ to the allowlist, but it's still showing the gears.

Is there a way to increase the logging in Confluence to see what's happening?

Per the documentation splunk.com is not a supported site https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/widget-connector-macro-171180449.html If the Splunk videos exists on YouTube you should use those.
