Widget don't show any data on confluence pages

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Currently unable add or edit any external data jira widget to Confluence pages since no form shows up neither edit button is available.
No data is visible on Confluence page for already added widgets
