Will Team Calendars ever support default calendars for users?

I want to define a set of calendars to appear by default to the team without them having to subscribe themselves.

It appears the request has been open since 2014 without resolution. 

The only workaround is server only and we're on cloud.

Hi Paul,

The only workaround for now would be to ask users to watch the calendars themselves unfortunately.
