Hi,
My company is planning to stop our subscription to Confluence Cloud. As we have some knowledge bases linked to our servicedesk project in Jira service management we would not loose it for our users.
What do we have to check and initiate before unsubscribing ?
Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , is your company going to drop to a free plan or remove Confluence from the site entirely?

If you are completely removing Confluence, then it stands to reason all of the content within Confluence will be gone.
I believe you will at least need a free Confluence plan to retain your information.

Well, my concern is now if I can easily switch from a standard to a free plan. I haven't any information on this.

You can absolutely drop down to a free plan. There are some differences but the biggest piece is you need to get to 10 users or less.

To successfully change to the Free plan for a Jira Cloud product, you need to have 10 users or fewer (Jira Software or Jira Work Management) or 3 agents or fewer (Jira Service Management). If you're over that limit when you try to change your plan, the change will fail and you'll remain on your current plan.
