Will there be continued support for Confluence on WIndow?

Landen Crabill February 7, 2023

Since BitBucket is no longer getting support for the Windows version, is the same thing going to happen for Confluence?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Not for a while - Atlassian still have enough customers running servers on windows that it is worth it.

But with most of them going to Cloud (The overwhelming majority of DC users use Linux clusters, I've helped move four people from Windows Server Atlassian to Linux DC installs over the last couple of years. I only know of one customer running DC on Windows, and even they are planning to move to Linux in a few weeks), I would not be surprised if an "end of life" (for DC on Windows) statement were to be published.
