Starting the PDF customization from scratch. Looking to complete the following requirements:
Header: Page title / URL
Footer: Page author / Page Number / Updated Date
Body: Arial 12pt
I have reviewed the PDF documentation below and knocked out the page numbers but the rest are slow coming or I don't know the target IDs.

Page title literally prints out "Document Title Goes Here" and doesn't systematically put the target page's title...
