Without giving any anonymous permissions to "public share link",They have to View andedit pages,How?

The "public share link" is allowing public users or anonymous users to view and edit the space/pages through anonymous permissions,Here the question is when the "Anonymous Access" is not provided in "Space Permissions and Global permissions" when Comala Shareit Plugin is installed. It should  allow Public users to view and edit, but it is not working as expected. Please help me on this.
