Hi all,
I have an article with 170 pictures (operational procedure) when I export the article from Confluence to Word, first 50 pictures in the Word document and the rest don't appear.
I have a red cross with the following message: "Unable to display the linked picture.
The file may have been moved, renamed or deleted.
Make sure link points to the file and the correct location."
I did several test with different articles, all pictures appears in Confluence (screenshot 1) whereas they don't appears in Word (screenshot2).
screenshot 1 from Confluence
screenshot 2 from Ms Word
I can use a workaround, split original article in several articles.
I didn't find articles in Confluence Knowledge or in this portal about this issue.
Do we have limitation to export picture from Confluence to Word?
If yes, Do we have a solution?
Thank you for your help.
Cedric
Hi!
What about an answer?
I have the same problem.
Do you get the same problem if you export to PDF instead of Word?

Hi Cedric,
have you already had a look at Scroll Office?
I've just tested to export a page with 60 images to Word using Scroll Office and everything worked fine.
Besides Scroll Office offers multiple advanced export settings and options. You can have multiple templates within your system or space, you can add static pages, TOC, and much more.
Please feel free to contact us via support@k15t.com, if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Nils

Hi Nils,
Thank you for your answer, I haven't test Scroll Office yet.
For the moment, I wait a official answer by Atlassian to know if we have a limitation to export picture from Confluence to MS Word.
Regards,
Cedric.
