Hello,
I wonder if anyone may be able to spot what I'm missing on this issue I'm having. The following workflow is repeatedly re-applying to a page when published with a change. This workflow is identical to others we have on different product spaces where that doesn't happen.
Example:
User creates a design page and workflow auto applies which puts it into the draft state, user can then manually transition this out of draft state into team approval. Team approval has 3 nominated approvers. If they make any changes to the page and publish the workflow resets back to in draft and wipes any approval that it may have previously had.
Hi @Charlotte Prescott and welcome to the community.
This looks like AppFox's Workflows for Confluence. Anyone from AppFox here? :)
I'd start with checking the options under Approved > General tab.
If everything looks OK, then, this being a very app-specific issue, I'd contact AppFox's support.

@Kristian Klima Kristian, thank you so much for helping here, it's great you could spot this question, because I missed it in the feed, unfortunately.

@Yulia Lenina _AppFox_ I tested your app not long before the question was asked (as both you and your team surely know :) ) and still had it installed so it was just a question of making sure I remembered correctly.
