Wrong Unicode Chars for some messages in confluence

We are currenty testing confluence and find some unicode errors in the german language pack. confluence-language-pack-de_DE-5.0.0-beta5-translations-v2r6420-2013-02-12.jar

WRONG -> ./com/atlassian/plugins/editor/i18n_de_DE.properties:tinymce.atlassian.insert_menu.tooltip=Mehr Inhalt einf\uFFFDgen

RIGHT -> ./com/atlassian/plugins/editor/i18n_de_DE.properties:tinymce.atlassian.insert_menu.tooltip=Mehr Inhalt einf\u00FCgen

Where can we get the current language pack for confluence 5.0.1?
