Helpdesk customers cannot search a specific room in confluence

Since it is not possible to have same-named pages in one room in Confluence, I decided to see if we could put the the documentation in different rooms.

The whole idea was that our customers would be able to search our documentation from the helpdesk portal. However, when we try, we do not seem to able to search more than the one room.

I would be great if we could define which rooms are helpdesk-portal searchable..

You mean Jira Service Desk and Confluence als Knowledge Base?

If yes: It's only possible to connect one space to Jira Service Desk project, not multiple spaces (or in your words: rooms)
