Zoriana brings up an important aspect here. The app should be selected based on the requirements.
There is a third type in addition to the two mentioned above. Often the information that you want to centralize and structure on a page using tab navigation is already available as Confluence pages, blog posts, or other content. You don't want to manually duplicate the content for the display in the tabs.
I recommend evaluating as well apps that allow the selection and display of already existing content with just a few clicks.
I'm not mentioning any of the apps that allow this here because I'm biased. I recommend evaluating and trying out several of the apps listed here.
Hello @Srikanth Dodi
Welcome to the community.
Confluence does not offer a native solution to create tabs. For this purpose, one of the 3rd party apps listed here is needed.
If you already use one of these apps and have problems with the creation of tabs, I recommend you to visit the Marketplace listings of the app in the link above and contact the vendor's support.
Best regards,
Mattia

As Mattia has mentioned, you need to use one of the apps from Atlassian Marketplace.
There are two types of them: apps that provide only tab macros and ones that include complex of macros for content formatting in Confluence. For example:
The last app provides must-have macros for content in Confluence: tabs, buttons, cards, numbered headings, banners, backgrounds etc. So consider what your team needs more and choose what works for you better.
Let me know if you have any questions (my team developed apps' links to which I've added).
