after upgrading from 7.4. to 7.13,: right side of top menu bar disappears when scrolling down
1. when opening a confluence page the right side of top menu bar(it contains search-field and user-menu) is visible
2. while scrolling down, the right side of top menu bar overlayed or disappeared completely
or
Looks like a partly broken UI on the right side.
Answers from atlassian team would be much appreciated.
This behaviour was seen in Firefox 103 and MS Edge 103.
