atlas-run does not add app to Confluence(server)

Hello,

I'm new to Confluence app development, and I'm having a problem adding the sample app to my local Confluence.  It just don't show on app list.

My environment:

• Windows 10
• PostgreSQL 10.16
• Confluence(server) 7.4.7
• Java 1.8.0
• Atlassian SDK 8.2.6
• Added Database JDBC Drivers (postgresql-42.2.18.jar) to C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\confluence\WEB-INF\lib
• My confluence is working on my localhost:8090

I downloaded the sample project from below:

From Windows command prompt, cd to the macro directory, then tried atlas-run command.

confluence started successfully in 128s at http://localhost:1990/confluence, but I don't see the app added in my app list.

I thought changing my Confluence base server to 1990, but it does not let me change.
