blame like feature for confluence page

source code repositories provide a tool (for svn it is called 'blame') that allow me to quickly see when a given line was last changed and by who.  

Is there a similar workflow within the confluence page history featureset?

In otherwords, what is the fastest way for me to determine who changed a particular line in a wiki page?
