can not view confluence space since yesterday

I am not able to see team created confluence page https://confluence.oraclecorp.com/confluence/display/SOT/SSC+One+Team 

please advise how to fix this urgently and whom to contact and who is space admin to contact

Based on the URL for your site you are using a self-hosted Confluence instance.

As we are a community of users of our own Confluence instances, we don't have any visibility into the administrators for your instance. You will need to contact somebody within your own company that administers the Confluence instance.

I recommend you start by contacting the person who told you that you should access that page. They should be able to find out who to contact to ensure you get the access you need.

you can contact with Confluence Admin to give the Space Permission.
