can't add a user and can't reset password

Hello,

 

We migrated from linux to windows and to the newest version of confluence. Since then, one of our admins cant access his account and we can't reset his password

Welcome to the community.

Do you use internal user management or AD directory? If users are managed internally, did you set a new password? What is the error? Is there any clue in log file?
