can't edit pages over https when using google chrome

I am running the latest version of google chrome on a windows 10 laptop and have the latest server install of Confluence set up behind our VPN. 

When I access a page via https, the editor times-out, giving me the error message saying "this page takes longer than normal to load, please contact your confluence administrator",

If I change the adress to be via http, it works alright. 

My colleague who uses macbooks and safari has no issue with https. 

If I change to internet explorer/edge, I have no issue with https. 

Anyone, knows what to do/try? I am confluence admin, so I have no-where else to ask for help...

Hi,

Try to flush your dns with the following command in cmd. 

ipconfig /flushdns
