can we add more colours to status macro on confluence?

The status macro on confluence comes natively with 5 colours. My question is - can we customise this macro to add some more colours?

Hello,

As far as I know, there is no ability to select other colors for statuses out-of-the-box. But you can use the Handy Status macro from Handy Macros add-on. You will be able to use interactive statuses with fully customizable colors. This should greatly improve your experience. Also, there are many other features that you'll get after installing the add-on.
