I am using the content report table macro on a parent page to show all subsidiary pages which have many attachments.
I was wondering if the macro offered the capability to display a count or number of attachments on that page?
If this macro does not do it, is there another way?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Hello Sandra,
Hope you are doing well!
The Content Report Table macro does not offer the ability to show the count or number of attachments, and currently, we don't have a native tool/macro that offers this feature.
However, there is a possibility to show the attachments added to a page through the Attachments macro, and it will list all the attachments for the page.
If you don't want to display a list of the attachments on the page though, you can check the count/attachments added to the page by accessing the Page menu by clicking on the three dots button > Attachments and you should be able to see it there. :)
Hope that helps!
Cheers,
Jessica
